Cookie Policy

What are cookies and how are they used?

Our website and applications use cookies and similar pieces of information (collectively, "cookies") to provide you with a working, secure experience. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on your device by your web browser or app.

Our approach

We use as few cookies as possible. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking, advertising, or behavioral profiling. Our analytics tools are configured to be cookieless and do not assign you a persistent identifier. Some essential and third-party integrations may set first-party cookies — these are listed below so you can see exactly what's set and why.

What we set, when, and why

Authentication and session

When you sign in to a customer account, we set a session cookie that keeps you signed in. This is essential to the service. Without it, you cannot use the authenticated portions of the Platform.

Security and abuse prevention

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep our forms free of bots. Turnstile may set short-lived first-party cookies during form submission to evaluate the request. These cookies are not used for tracking and expire shortly after the form is submitted.

Customer messenger

If you open the in-app chat (powered by Intercom), Intercom may set first-party cookies on its messenger so your conversation persists between page loads and visits. Without these cookies, the chat session will not persist after you navigate away. You can read Intercom's cookie policy at intercom.com/legal/cookie-policy.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics on the apex site and Cloudflare Web Analytics on the MCP subdomain. Both are configured to be cookieless: they do not set cookies, do not assign persistent identifiers, and do not allow cross-site tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising-network analytics on the Platform.

Preferences

Where applicable we may set a small first-party cookie to remember a preference you set (for example, theme or language). These cookies are not used for tracking.

Cookie types

Cookies are classified by lifespan as either session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (retained until they expire or you delete them). Authentication, preferences, and Intercom chat may use persistent cookies; security and abuse-prevention cookies are generally session-scoped.

Turning cookies off

Web browsers are generally set to accept cookies by default. You can usually remove or reject cookies via your browser's settings or documentation. If you turn cookies off, parts of the Platform that depend on them — sign-in, form submission, and the in-app chat — may not function correctly.

To learn more about cookies generally, including how to view and manage them, visit allaboutcookies.org or aboutcookies.org.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to web browser "Do Not Track" signals. Because our analytics are cookieless and we do not run cross-site tracking or advertising, this signal has no practical effect on the Platform.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. For material changes that affect how cookies are used, we will give more prominent notice on the Platform.
